Congress awaiting the last approvals, Restylane Lidocaine and Restylane Perlane Lidocaine are new fillers based on hyaluronic acid that, thanks to a very small percentage of anaesthetic, make the treatment more comfortable.

Restylane Lidocaine and Restylane Perlane Lidocaine are going to join the traditional version of the two ‘hystorical’ trade marks of the Restylane range without compromising their quality and naturalness. The two new products, formulated for the most emotional subjects, as well as for those who are hypersensitive to pain (or to the idea of pain), maintain intact the properties of the NASHA™ gel (typical of the whole Restylane range of products) and its performances in terms of durability and results that – as clinically showed – are the same of the lidocaine-free version.
THEY ARE TWO...
These products represent two new sophisticated fillers that are going to give everybody the chance to make quite totally painless (though the procedure itself requires no anaesthesia at all) one of the most efficacious treatments to fight the main aging factors: wrinkles and volume reduction caused by the impoverishment of the supportive tissue. The studies led on this matter showed that 90% of those who underwent the treatment of Restylane or Restylane Perlane with lidocaine noticed a clear comfortableness and a pleasant relief as concerns the pain deriving from the injection.
PROPERTIES OF THE NASHA™ GEL
The Restylane range of products is based on the NASHA™ (Non-Animal Stabilized Hyaluronic Acid) technology. The NASHA™ gel, obtained by biosynthesis and produced by the Swedish Company of Biotechnologies Q-Med, is highly biocompatible and biodegradable. Thanks to its biocompatibility, the hyaluronic acid is reabsorbed quicker or slowlier by the organism. To achieve a longer permanence in the tissues, the NASHA™ gel is submitted to a special process of stabilization (patented by Q-Med) that allows to obtain long-lasting results maintaining quite completely unalterated the naturalness of the product.
